The Technique…

Now that you understand somewhat of how this all works I will share with you a technique I use when I’m cleaning out my ego. I highly recommend you only choose one emotional issue to tackle at a time. Sometimes when you are facing a big one you will actually be taking care of a few other little ones you didn’t realize were annoying you.
I will stay with the subject of trust as an example since I used it in the tattoo removal post. I mention before that this is a big one for me, and is still something I am staying aware of. Not only will you be seeing how you have lost trust with yourself and others, but you will also notice how you stopped respecting yourself, and those you love.
Take a moment and breath in deep along with a strong exhale. Do this three times. Then call upon the God force within your consciousness. Allow yourself a moment of forgiveness for yourself, and for others. Don’t just say you’re sorry for this or that, but really feel the apology you want to give. God knows you want to do right to others and yourself so keep the guilt out as you move through this. After you are done forgiving take a moment and ask God to show you where this might have come from. Where the pain began when you started to not trust anymore. A memory might come up in your mind of something you totally forgot about or spent a lot of time pushing down. Now that you have an idea of where its coming from take some time to look at yourself and see if there are outwardly things you are doing in your life that are reactions to your trust issues. Some people might drink, eat, carry extra weight on their bodies for protection, or possibly do the exact opposite and become needy towards others. Keep a list handy so you can keep check of these things through out the days that follow. (Some people might not do this exercise at all because they don’t want to feel that pain again incase another hurts them. If you have this thought in your mind remember that the wall you have built is not doing you any good. It has only been a wall to destroy you and those you love. You are only denying yourself of what you truly deserve.)
Now comes the tough part. Ask God to help you restore trust again for yourself and others. It is usually within a very short time that you will receive something in your life that causes you to face that fear of not being able to trust. Anything is possible when this part happens so keep aware of your surroundings so you can see the challenges God puts before you. The only way to rid yourself of a fear is to face it, so this is why God almost instantly puts something in your path. If you fall down the first time its ok. Just don’t be hard on yourself and continue to be grateful that you are being heard. Remember, this is not easy, and the first challenge might be small, but soon they will get a bit tougher until you breeze through it with no problem.
Continue to remember that this is a personal choice you are making. You are exercising your greatest gift and strength within you. All you have to do is remember to breath through the pain or anxiety, and continue facing those fears. You will also start to notice aches or problems in your body start to disappear as you work through this. Mine seemed to become very intense in pain and then as I faced more fears they went away. Your body is just reacting off of the constant battle that has been going on, and is now realizing the fight is ending in that area. Another issue I had while the battle played out was that I noticed my thoughts got very obsessive and negative. I think this was the hardest part for me in keeping focused on gratitude, and forgiveness. You are reprogramming your mind to believe in something better than it once did, so this is why things get pretty insane at this point.
Trust issues can keep you from having a healthy relationship in love, friendship, work, or with your children. Watch as you work through an issue that either new relationships come up out of the blue, or the ones you have become stronger than ever. This is where your miracle lives!
If you remember the videos I have on my website about how to create a miracle this is what its all about. You BELIEVE, LET GO, and DON’T BE AFRAID. Believe that God has your back on this, and let go to hand it over to Him. Even though it is terrifying, try to breath so your not afraid.
God bless,
